Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using MindArena you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone. You may not transfer your account to another person.
3. Prohibited Use
The platform strictly prohibits the use of cheat software, bots or automation tools, harassment of other users, spreading misleading information and actions that threaten platform security. Violations will result in immediate account suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, game mechanics and software on the MindArena platform belong to MindArena. Copying, reproducing or distributing without permission is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
MindArena accepts no liability for indirect damages arising from the platform. The platform is provided "as is". No compensation is paid for service interruptions or data loss.
6. Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time via Profile → Edit → Delete Account. After a deletion request, your data will be removed from the system within 30 days.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified by email of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
